Yellow Dot Program
In the moments directly following a crash, every minute counts.
Illinois Yellow Dot Program alerts first responders of important medical information.
The Illinois Yellow Dot Program is a statewide initiative designed to provide vital medical information on vehicle drivers/passengers. Information contained on the medical card assists first responders in the “Golden Hour” immediately following a serious crash. This can mean the difference between life or death.
Residents can visit the Plano Police Dept, Plano City Hall, or the Kendall County Health Dept for Yellow Dot Materials.
